INSURANCE
Exhibitor shall INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Western Carolina State Fair Foundation Board of Directors (Management) and its employees, agent and any volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of injury to person or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from their “operation.” This includes but is not limited to any injuries to anyone attending the Exhibitor’s exhibit at the designated space. The Exhibitor shall furnish a certificate of liability insurance coverage totaling at least – $1,000,000 in coverage. Proof of current insurance must be submitted with booth deposit/request. Such vendor shall name the Western Carolina State Fair Foundation at 561 May Royal Drive, Aiken SC 29801 as an additionally insured.
