Rules:
1. All Entries must be made of 90% Recycled Material
2. There will be Two categories Adult is over 18 years old and Youth is under 18 years old
3. All Entries must be free standing for the 10 days of the fair
4. Entries can’t not be longer than 3 feet and taller than 5 feet.
5. All material must be listed with entry
6. Entries can be designed in any form but must be decent for children to view.
7. Entries will be accepted October14th from 4 – 5:30 PM and October 15th from 10 AM – 1 PM at the Western Carolina State fairgrounds – follow the signs
8. Any entry not retrieved on October 30th between 1:30 and 3 PM will be disposed of due to lack of storage space
9. Judging will be done by category; judges will consider age of participant, creativity, neatness, and eye appeal, the decision of the judges is final

1st Place-$50
2ndPlace-$30
3rd Place-$20
